Create a gmail account. In order to start a Blogger blog, you will need to have a gmail email address.

Go back to the Blogger site and click on the “Create a blog” button. You will be directed to a page where you will create your Blogger account. Here you will enter your new gmail address, create a password, read the terms of service and choose a display name.

Choose a name for your blog and a blog address.

Choose a template. This is where you determine the look and style of your blog. There are eight designs to choose from. You can also custom-design your own template after you have created your blog, if you wish.

Step 5
Start blogging! You are now ready to add content to your blog. You can create a new post, fill out a profile of yourself, add pictures or change your settings. If you make an error, don’t worry; you can always edit it. Once you are ready for your new posts to go live, just click the “publish” button.
